Barefoot Beach Weddings (BBW) originated with one thing in mind, the perfect location. If you are a beach lover or just love the idea of a beach wedding our venue is your venue. Expansive views from stunning Gnarabup Beach to the renowned Surfers Point, you cannot get much closer to the most famous location in Margaret River. Early afternoon into sunset evenings, here nature is provided at its finest.
Catering for up to 250 guests cocktail style our expansive deck and entertaining area provides uninterrupted views and superb summer sunsets.
A wedding on the foreshore which is a few steps away from the party. Sounds too easy!

With one of the most stunning natural backdrops everything we do complements the already picturesque surrounds. 'Simply stunning' is our BBW motto.
Our focus is to create a wedding experience that is seamless in both planning and execution with all the necessary elements to make the day uniquely yours.
Our chefs have created menus using local produce to really showcase everything that Margaret River region has to offer. Everything is carefully chosen to suit a wide variety of people and not only is the food amazing, the way we serve it with a smile will have people raving. Good food, shared amongst good friends in a beautiful atmosphere is how we like it.
Our packages are designed with flexibility and simplicity in mind, choose from our 3 packages options and add any of our special extras to suit your requirements or desires.
We offer meals for the kids (up to 18 years) so they do not need to be included on the adults menu. Please see the options we have below for
just $25 per meal. We also do not charge children (under 18 years) to be on the adults drinks menu, we have soft drinks and juice include
for them all night long.

We love to make sure everyone is well catered for. This is why we offer great vego, gf, df, vegan options to suit any deitary
requirements. Choose your menus how you wish and we will seperately cater for the dietaries so everyone is
full and happy.
This menu is designed to offer plenty of variety and is a great way for everyone to socialise. We time the service around the evenings proceedings to ensure everyone is catered for. The cocktail offering is perfect to keep the party moving.
Larger canapes served in bowls as a great "main" option to pair with the Casual Cocktail Menu.
A cool addition to BBW food offerings. Designed as a pick-me-up and timed to perfection to ensure your guests' late night cravings are satisfied. Served from 9-10pm.

Packages include a selection of four wines + two full strength beer/cider options from your chosen package. Beverage packages also include one sparkling wine, one light beer, sparkling mineral water, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Beverage options are primarily local to showcase to you and your guests the amazing variety and quality in locally produced wine and beer. Beverage packages are for a duration of 5 hours with the option to extend if you wish.
For those who truly love their wine & craft beer...
Our premium package allows you to choose wines from some of the regions amazing wineries including Walsh & Son's, Edwards Winery and Swings & Roundabouts.
As part of your premium experience we will arrange for tastings of your preferred wines with each winery. There is also something for the boys, with a round of beer tasting at The Brewhouse.
Selections: will include two whites, two reds and Swings & Roundabout Sparkling NV.
This is a unique opportunity to visit some of the regions premium wineries sampling award winning wines in one of the world's most famous wine regions.

Thanks to Mother Nature, the beach and ocean are a naturally created stunning venue just perfect for a wedding. Together with our partners Dunsborough Event Co, we can style the space to showcase your personality, suit your taste and be practical for your function style.
The venue hire charge is for exclusive use of the venue and includes all your essentials from wishing well, isle stand,
cake/gift table, festoon lighting, bar & food menu signage, glassware and our team to set up/packdown. Venue hire
also includes use of our sound system with wireless microphone, heaters and a
blanket basket if required. Further, you'll have your own dedicated wedding
planner and on the day/night wedding coordinator to provide guidance and
assist with your wedding day.
During our peak season (Nov-April) venue hire is $5,500 or enjoy a discount for the off season (May-Oct) with a
venue hire of $4,000.
We additionally have a minimum spend of $7,500 on peak or $4,500 off peak for food and beverage. For your beach or deck
ceremony, Dunsborough Event Co provides all your furniture & styling with packages starting
from $1,300 for ceremony furniture.
Create the perfect an ocean backdrop which is framed by your choice of Arbor with two rows of chairs and rugs to line your aisle.

Your venue hire includes 1 x lounge setting with bar tables and stools to suit your guest numbers. We also include a calm wishing well, aisle stand, 2 x cake/gift tables, festoon lighting, food/drinks menu signage, small dried floral arrangements, coral pieces, heaters and a blanket basket (if required).
Dunsborough Event Co can offer additional furniture or styling for the reception if you wish to choose from their range
of luxury options (minimum spend for extra reception furniture/styling from Dunsborough Event Co is $1,000).
*We are happy to extend a $500 discount on venue hire if you would like to have all your reception furniture supplied through Dunsborough
Event Co instead of the included Barefoot Beach Weddings furniture.
